1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DataDrivenInvestor (“DDI”, “the Platform”) at datadriveninvestor.com and related subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by Data Driven Investor Pte Ltd (UEN: 201841646E), incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 101 Telok Ayer Street #03-04, Singapore 068574.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. The Platform

DDI is an independent publishing platform featuring analysis, commentary, and data-driven content across topics including artificial intelligence, finance, data science, and technology. Content is contributed by approved writers and practitioners. DDI does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or any regulated financial services.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making financial or investment decisions.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal behaviour.

4. Contributor Terms

Writers and contributors to the Platform agree that:

• All submitted content is original and does not infringe any third-party rights
• Content does not constitute regulated financial advice
• By submitting content, you grant DDI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to publish, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform and affiliated channels
• You retain ownership of your original work
• DDI reserves the right to edit content for clarity, style, and compliance with these Terms
• DDI may remove content that violates these Terms at any time without notice

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Platform without prior written consent
• Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Manipulate or artificially inflate metrics, views, or engagement

6. Intellectual Property

The DDI brand, logo, platform design, and non-contributor content are owned by Data Driven Investor Pte Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Contributor content remains the property of the respective contributor, subject to the licence granted in Section 4.

7. DDIN Credits

The Platform may offer DDIN credits as a platform utility mechanism. DDIN credits are not legal tender, are not redeemable for cash except through the Platform's payout mechanisms, and are subject to separate terms that will be published when the DDIN credit system is activated. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the DDIN credit system at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the applicable cycle. All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. 9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, DDI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DDI in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
