•Sonali is a venture partner, a technologist and a tea (chai) enthusiast. She focuses on investing in frontier technology startups across sectors, that have potential to make categorical impact. Sonali has worked with VU Venture Partners as a Venture Investor focusing on tech startups across sectors and has an angel portfolio of co-investing in over a dozen companies. Her first portfolio exit is with Bear Flag Robotics that yield 9x returns within 14 months. Prior to investor career, Sonali has 16 years experience in high tech industry working as a software engineer, technical marketing and pre-sales, and predominantly in senior product management roles for over eight years. Sonali will contribute to DDI platform writing venture and tech blogs (V&T series).
