Our mindset is mired in the stone age. We still plunder the earth. Neo-liberalism is the current expression of that mentality. The COVID-19 pandemic combined with revulsion to racism provides an opportunity for change, but words alone are not enough. Many of us may wonder how we got here. We are isolated from family and friends, wearing masks while shaking our heads in disbelief of others who see that as an infringement of their rights.
